I have made transaction with my credit card on 16-aug-2014( offer-> 10% cashback on hdfc credit card in AUG-2014). but on my card details, it is showing transaction on 18-aug-2014. this offer last date was 17th-aug-2014. Due to merchant mistake(i.e EZONE here), I have not received my CASHBACK. WHAT TO DO AND WHERE TO COMPLAIN?????????
