[Resolved] Ezone — cashback not received | |||
I bought a washing machine of LG for Rs. 17490 from your Gomati Nagar Ezone store at Lucknow. I have made payment through Debit Card vide of ICICI bank on 29 December 2014. I have not received cash back till 21.02.2015 which I was told 10% of the payment made i.e.1749. This practice is totally against the bonafide consumer.Kindly arrange to provide cash back .
