[Resolved] Ezone — faulty Tablet is given | |||
In August 2014, I purchased Tablet Lenevo A2107A on Discount price. When I opened and saw in my residence, the back side camera was faulty. I then contact to EZone, Kalyan, they told to visit Lenevo customer service centre. When I called Lenevo service toll free no., I was shocked to heard that the same model no. was already registered in the year 2013. I sent them my purchase bill, but they told that sorry. This means EZone Kalyan had given me faulty and second hand tablet .Like such reputed shop will doing such cheap things, it is very bad. Was this information helpful? | |||
