Ezone / Icc Tech Park — complaint against sales order number-[protected]

This is with reference to my recent experience with Ezone store at Pantaloons in Senapati Bapat Road, Pune, I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have booked a Sony Vaio laptop (Model No SVF 153184) ref order no [protected] on 29 October 2013 as I was told that the model is currently unavailable at the store and would reach me within 2 days of purchase i.e. 31 Oct 2013. I would also like to inform you that I had received an automated message from the customer support team on 30 Oct 2013 stating my laptop will be delivered to me by EOD on 31 Oct 2013. However now I am being told by the store executive that the laptop will be handed over to me on 10 Nov 2013 tentatively and incase I cancel the booking the amount shall be refunded in 45 days.
