Dear Team, I have purchased a Samsung Alpha mobile from your Oberoi mall outlet. While purchasing, Mr. Wasim Shaikh (mobile no.[protected] has assued that as per the Samsung PayTM offer, i will receive Rs. 4500 worth of PayTM wallet over a period of 6 months. For this purpose, PayTM will send a notification containing the coupon code. I have activated the mobile a week before and have still not received the coupon code. On talking to him, I was told to write a mail to [protected]@paytm.com. I have written a mail to [protected]@paytm.com. However, PayTM has replied back saying that I am not eligible for the offer. I tried to call Mr. Wasim again but he is not taking the calls. Please help me in getting a cashback as assued by your salesperson.
