Fab Panda Online Store — Material was not dispatched even efter 6days of payment

I done online purchase thro fabpanda.com, my oder no was 16259 dt 14-10-14, the order status shows shipped on 17th, but when we give email to [protected]@fabpanda.com there is no notification of despatch details given since no info regarding which courier the material was booked/ waybill number, when we given mail to [protected]@fabpanda.com, they give some tracking no in delhivery.com, which is also a third party logistic provider for fabpanda, doesnt give couier details, and the comment in the status also not clear. and i suggest people dont prefer fabpanda for online purchase, instead go for ebay, amazon, flipkart snapdeal etc who are established online stores, and when you call there customer care no[protected], it connects to nobody, simply a stored info is played. The only contact no is the above toll free, and the company doesnt disclose any of land line/ mobile no of the customer care executive or logistics person. People from south dont prefer fabpanda, as they may give better service in north.

Same problem i hv faced.. money taken from my account m no reply from them. Their customer service doesnt reply. Always on ivr. No reply. Its fake website must b closed...

For me they sent two emails saying saying that they have cancelled my order and then one day suddenly they inquired for my order id and emailed saying they have delivered my product! I still haven't received the product or my money back! NEVER ordering anything from Fabpanda even again.

They have given 75% discount on brand like Michael Kors and there is no such discount on michael kors on jabong and amazon. They are fooling people...!! It's a huge bluff website!!

Same issue faced by me.I have ordered product and then got message saying order stands cancel as area not serviceable.since 4th I am trying there customer care.it's on IVR and no reply to mail.money got deducted from my account.

I ordered the following item on your website as mention bellow. But i could not get any status about this and i just want to cancel my order. pls tell me process of that and return my money. your service is very poor and your website is look like fake website. your customer care service and all the services are very poor. pls close this website if you cannot maintain the things. your website offer the things on discount to attract customers. and after taking the money no respond from your site. stop doing this all, your activity is discouraging the other customers to stop online shopping.

I have never seen a online fraud company fab panda... Guys please never buy a single product from this site. i am feeling cheated. Just because i have taken casio wrist watch. they have shipped me faulty watch and now no one are ready to take pain about to replace or repair neither casio not fab panda... total waste of money if you purcahse from fab panda...
