Faber India — Faber built in gas hob glass broken and no service for over 2 weeks | |||||
Hi, My builtin glass hob, glass has broken and it has been 2 weeks that i have been following up. Here is the sequence of events. Oct 28 : Sent a mail and also called the toll free number to logde a request to replace broken glass. Was told the service center will connect with me. Was told the glass cost will be around 2000/- Oct 30 : Received a call be by service center and sent the image by Whatsapp. Was told they will order glass and cost will be 5100/-. Tried reaching the service center multiple times to confirm this, but couldnt reach them. Called up toll free number and every time was told the service center will call back Till 11/5 have called up daily to the toll free number. At the end gave up and bought a new gas hob on 11/6. Now have been calling up twice daily to get the new hob installed but in vain. 11/9 Called toll free number and the customer service center rudely responded that based on workload this will be addressed. Can Faber help here? A broken glass is dangerous for cooking and the customer service team just doesnt seem to understand! Was this information helpful? | |||||
