This is regarding my product which i have orders on 28th june 2016 with your order no.[protected] i.e. in houz tuscany king bedroom set with drawers storage mahogany, with product no. in672fu51jrgindfur.

I was planning to buy a bedroom set when i viewed a deal on this product, where the product was of sheesham wood, which includes 5 pieces (1 king size bed + 2 side tables + 1 dressing table + 1 wardrobe). pdf of the product with product code and what all it includes is share along with this mail at the time i ordered the product. (attachment 1 & 2)

I find the deal decent enough & spoken to call centre guy twice, one on 26th june 2016 & second call was made on 27th june 2016 (i am not confirmed about the date & time exactly, that is traceable at your end, as each & every call is recorded) to confirm about the deal, the material, what all includes & time line they will take to deliver the product at my door step to faridabad.

I also inquired about the return policy of the product, if i find the product is not up to the mark. then also your call centre guys confirmed that the product contains 5 pieces, as i mentioned above and he also confirm me that return policy is not there when it comes to furniture, like it can be returned if i didn’t like the product, but yes if i found the product defective, then obviously products can be returned, and amount can be refunded.

I again asked the guy that the images of the dressing table & wardrobe is not there, then your guy told me that the images are not available and will raise the case to the vendor to share the images of the same, and i received a mail of the case raised with ref no. 8449548 (mail is shared along with this mail, attachment 3), but didn’t received a reply on this mail after that, & i order the product.

On 1st july 2016, when i again called up your call centre guys (ms. munmum) to inquire about the delivery of the product & whether 5 pieces will be delivered together or will be delivered separately (as it was mentioned in my receipt that, products with different delivery times may be shipped separately), then she told me that, the product which i have ordered, have only 1 king size bed + 1 side table).

I was shocked !!!

She told me that as of now this product only have 1 king size bed + 1 side table only. when i narrated the whole story to her, she listened to me told me, she is going to listen to the discussion i had with the call centre guys, then someone will call me from fabfurnish.

Then after a while, a received a call from fabfurnish of mr. tushar kakker, and he told me that because of some technical error, the updation was wrong on the site, and then he started blaming me that why i order the product, when we didn’t reverted anything about the images of the product, asked by me . he was sounding weird, non sense and not at all professional attitude of answering, rather when i said i will sue, then he said that is my decision.

What all i want to say with this mail is first that i am cheated by fab furnish.

If i am at fault, then fabfurnish is not to cancel & refund as per there policy, then why should i go cancellation & refund in your case.

Still the same product in different color is reflecting as 5 pieces, pdf file share with you as an attachment, & screen shot is also attached below.

As they are fault, they have cancelled my order and initiated a refund without my confirmation.

Immediate action is required on this.

@ Fab Furnish - Why you have marked my complaint as Resolved, which a not yet.

cancelling order for your inefficiency & non performance, doesn't mean that my complaint is resolved. Therefore, don't Dare to again mark my complaint as resolved. Write it that we @ FABFURNISH are incapable / cheaters / & big time frauds.

Dear Consumer Complaint Team,

You simply ask them one question, suddenly they have realized, that because of some technical error it happened. If the same thing happened with the consumer wherein the consumer realizes after some time that he / she did it by mistake or he / she can get the same deal or cheaper at local market or through any other site, then what is there return policy ?

Let me brief you there return policy, they first don't take order for COD / Part Payment - they only take orders on prepaid basis. if some thing went wrong from customer side, they don't refund or return a single penny once the order is placed in case of furniture.

And if the fraud done by then, then they simply cancel the order that without customer confirmation, and initiate the refund. When the policy is for customer, it should be for them also. Why the policy is one sided only & why the company is always have an edge ?

Customer is the looser in both the scenarios. What kind of buyer seller agreement is this ? If the customer is penalized by not getting the refund on cancellation, once the order is placed, then why not the company ?

Company should also be penalized, for non performance / for fraud / for cheating, they are doing it with customers, you will also find N number of complaints against them on google, this clearly reflects that it is there perpetual problem.

They have debited my account, hold the money in their for number of days, then they didn't perform their action i.e. non performance & then they cancelled my order that too with out my confirmation.

And still they have not updated the number of pieces they are giving on this product, which they are saying that it was because of some technical error. I can still share the images of the same.

What I would like to request you & wanted to take some action which should be in the interest of the consumer also, that's why I have approached this forum.

Otherwise these kind of cheaters, will continue to do like this. As I said in my above mail also, that they have still not updated their products as of now, I can show you the screen shot of their site @ 9:57 PM on 04.07.2016

I would like you to act against them on my behalf, otherwise I have no other option to file a suit against them.

Don't give this bull shut that because of some technical error it was done so... if the same situation happened with me, you would not have refunded my money... I ordered the product after confirming the no of pieces with your executive not before that... I have seen the same type of complaints against you all, that clearly shows that it is ur perpetual problem or I can say a trick to hold on customers money with yourself and using the same... the day i mailed you, the same day even it was not updated...

Misrepresentation of product price at website is also a crime... I don't know what kind of team you all have... directors and all is all silent on this topic, this clearly reflects that they have the habit of listening to all this complaint day in day out...
