[Resolved]  Fabfurnish — Delivery date changed after payment and no assistance

We have ordered 4 bedroom Beds with Fabfurnish, the delivery date was earlier while placing the order. Once the payment was made they have changed the dates to further 1 month. We are moving into an apartment with Super Senior Citizens and cannot have them sleeping on the floor for a month. I made a request to them to cancel the order which they did not agree, asked them to credit the amt and allow me to order other items which also they did not agree, asked them to give me beds which delivery is possible earlier, also they did not agree. I am so stuck with them and unable to do anything about it.I dont see how this company is customer friendly or even trying to help the clients. Please help me.

OK...I would like it earlier as we are moving on 1st June. Within the time line I understand but that was not what was mentioned earlier.
Hi Anshu, we would surely try to expedite the delivery however cannot commit on the same.
Great...I know I am stuck now. All that I can hope for is that I get the furniture in good condition and on time.
This order has been placed on 13th may 2016, I have received 2 beds from this and 2 are still received. We need to know what is happening and now it is beyond delay. We would like our other 2 beds amount to be refunded immediately as we are unable to wait any longer. My grandparents are facing major issues due to this discomfort.
Kindly take this on seriously and make sure the refund is activated immediately.

Fab furnish has hassled us mentally a lot. After 50 days also we have not recd our 2 beds. We need our payment back immediately just the way we have paid online immediately for the order. If this does not happen we shall take it to the media. This kind of service is just not done. Please as consumer Forum I would request you to help us here and take action against them.
