Fabpanda — Fab Panda - Not received the product yet

Hello, I have ordered an product of quantity 2 with order number Order ID: 32175. But i have got only 1. There is know option of Cash delivery also. Its just a fake website. They don't even respond to mails or the Toll free number. Should complain in Consumer Court. should ban this website. should not allow them to come on Google.
