Fabpanda — Order did not recieved even after the payment

Hi this is Mukesh from Kolkata, I ordered a Casio Edifice Ef-550D-7Av Chronograph Watch order id 45163 & 45157 dated 12th Feb 15, the payment was made via Internet banking. This hasn't been delivered and there is no information on the dispatch also. On writing to the them on the email add, they reply the delay for your add is regretted. Their company is in Okhla and my address is of Kolkata, I cant understand the issue why the product was not delivered even i didn't got any reply from fabpanda. They didn't even shared the reason of the delay nor the expected delivery date. Kindly take the issue its been a high time. Or even if you could guide on how...
