Fabpanda — product not yet received

My order no. is 29587(total amount of RS.1, 047). I had ordered on 7st jan 2015 and the order is yet not delivered. When i call on the toll free no. on their website it goes on voice mail and none calls back. Cant see the product in the history of my account as well. Please refund me the amount asap. this company is fake so many people have faced some problem please help us

my order #37664 Peach Factory Black Suede Side Flower Bow Heels ordered on 26/1/2015 is not yet received i wanted this product urgently plzz try send this product within 2 days . if not i have cancel my order . please send as sooner as u can...

fabpanda has not delivered my ordered product from 1months, and now they are not replying to calls it always come engage.so its very difficult for coustomers to try to solve there queries.
