Fair Stay — Fake promises and fraud company | |||
I want to register a complaint against FAIRSTAY company who failed to server what was promised to do. I wrote him on email but answer was dis satisfactory. =============================================================== FAIRSTAY Team, I had booked holiday package with you on 9th July 2015. As per conversation with Sameer & fellow person, he promised me on the following things – 1. On 9th July, FAIRSTAY celebrating its anniversary and on booking, I’ll get Moto G 2nd Gen mobile as a gift without any CONDITIONS. I booked package on this condition/offers ONLY. 2. I’ll get package kit along with gift as promised. Also KIT will include booklet to book hotel where I can find list of five start hotels. 3. He also promised that I’ll get breakfast, and dinner included in the package and you will get coupons in the package KIT via courier. THIS IS TO BRING LEGALLY INTO YOUR NOTICE THAT YOU HAVE MADE FALSE COMMITMENT 1) I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY GIFT AFTER EVEN FOLLOWING UP 10 CONSEQUITVES DAYS, EVERY DAY I USED TO CALL RECEPTIONIST REGARDING THE SAME AND SHE OR OTHER PEOPELE KEPT TOLERATING MY CONCERN. AT LAST, WHEN I CALLED 5-6 TIMES CONTINUSELY, RECEPTIONIST SAID YOU WILL NOT GET ANY GIFT AND WE NEVER PROMISED YOU ON THIS. WHEN I ASKED HIM BRING THAT PERSON AND HAVE CONFERENCE, SHE DENIED. WHEN I RECEIVED PACKAGE, IT CONTAINED THIRD QUALITY SCHOOL BAG (LOCALLY TAYLORED) AND HAD NOTHING INSIDE/WITH IT. WHAT WAS YOU SUPPOSED TO SEND ME, YOU COMPLETELY MADE ME FOOL. NOW, REPLY ME ON THIS EMAIL IN 2-3 DAYS ELSE I’LL TAKE LEGAL ACTION NOW. AT THE SAME TIME I DO NOT WISH TO CONTINUE ANY HOLIDAY TOUR WITH YOU, HENCE CANCEL IT RIGHT AWAY. its your heights of irresponsibility. Because you are getting the moto g so just make the payment before knowing each and every details. Now you are showing your foolness in front of everyone. Your kind of people's increase these fraud company trust. That in Market there are lots of fools and we can easily make so plz beware of fraud phone calls. now you are shouting and saying like these. Nothing can happen now.

Yes, Rohan you are right that Fairstay is fraud company. I am also being a victim like you. Fairstay is a fraud company who used to do fake promises of giving Moto G 2nd gen as a part of promotional offer. & take the 9988 Rs from you for holiday package of 3N/4D.

Hi I am also having the similar issue with this fairstay.com this is height of fooling around. I have all there calls recorded all emails having the offer they do the same with everyone its all same pattern they are following. Their contact numbers are same as you given in your post.

We should take action against this company. I will consult my lawyer on this and planning to lodge a complaint in local consumer forum.

Same thing happened with me.
They promised moto g 3rd gen but i received empty bags.
Kindly provide me address of this company if any body has.I think we aal should get togthere and visit the company so and should raise a complain against them, then only we can stop them by cheating them.Everyday they are cheating more then 50 person, so calculate how much money they are making with this fraud, lets get togher and publish on social site regarding their fread comistents.

Today, I got a call from Thefairstay company and contact person name is Rajkumar.
He offered me 3N / 4D stay package in any 4-5 star hotel in INDIA and also offered me Moto G 3rd Generation phone or Nikon Coolpix S7000 Point & Shoot Camera Which was so tempting that anybody can easily fall into this trap.
Today, again I got a call from him and push me for the purchase. I haven't purchased the package yet. Just now I came across this forum and found that this company is doing fraud with people. Thank God and this post through which I save my money.

Again I got a call from them and yesterday they told me that they have offices in Mumbai. When I asked for addresses of their offices they told me that they are going to open offices in Mumbai.

I am also facing this issue. I have paid them and now m trying to book my package they are saying that all the hotel are full and we can not book your package. Please try to book your package in march.

There is a small update for all the victims, who have wasted their money on this cheap marketing fraud company holiday offer. Recently I have availed the package (As left with no other option), they have provided me the deluxe room (Starting room category) of cheapest hotel in the off season that was of around 800Rs/day.(3 days, 2 rooms = 1600*3=4800) In that way I have compensated my loss to half. Although if I got chance to book this hotel on my own, then using promotional offers, that will cost me around 3000Rs rather than 4800Rs. In my case, Fairstay booked tickets for me from goibibo. I would suggest all the members who have purchased Fairstay holiday package, please try to make trip somehow in that way which will make profit for them almost 50% i.e If you have paid 9988, then try to make booking of around 6000 or less (I mean by choosing the place where rooms will come around 1000Rs/day). I think, if they remain with profit of Rs. 5000 then they will book your hotel.
At last, I would like to warn people(who are getting calls) again that be aware from this & don't be make yourself victim like me of these fraudsters.

Many many thanks for your complaints and information's above. Today i also got a call from Fairstay standard numbers. I was being offered for 3N 4D holiday package for 4 family members and also i was offerred the MOTO G third generations Phone.
I have even got the written mail also for the same offer.
when i have googled regarding the company i found this Fraud related information's. Many thanks in advance for saving me from fraud
