I had booked tours for ooty and mysore online by fantacy travels s33, tower-ii, gns plaza, site-iv, greater noida (Delhi ncr), india.
[protected], [protected]@fantasytravels.Co.In, by deepti (Sales excutive). She has promise me to give package rs14000.
My plan date was 12 th april and i had given this company rs 10000 on 7th march. But deepti does not contacting me after i had given money. Rather from last 2 month i am contacting her.
They were not provid me any type of service alsonot returned my money. Iam trying to contact them continouslybut no use of this. I had recipt booking id *[protected] and payment id *9602923.
Please help me to get out from big trouble.
