Fashion And You — no refund and no response to emails

This is regarding order # 4093894. I was allowed less discount because of some technical issue on F&Y website. However, I was assured by their support team that the extra amount(Rs 250) paid by me will be credited to my account thru NEFT and they asked me to share my bank account details. I shared on same day, but I have not received the refund. Everyday, I write mails to them, but they do not respond. I call them to hear the same response(We have escalated your issue...etc...). But, no resolution done! For getting RS 250 back, I have already spent more than Rs 50 over telephone calls...Yes, there is no Toll free number! I have never faced such issues on Myntra/Jabong/eBay/FLipkart. Ankit,[protected]
