This is Urvashi from Solan (Himachal Pradesh), I suppose to receive one parcel of mine order number 4310417. I had ordered it on 13 october, 2014. Till today i have not received any information regarding my parcel. Ihave made several calls to your office but i did not get any information regarding my parcel. This parcel is very urgent and it has been delayed by track on which is very bad. . It is now about a month i have ordered it.I would like to know the status of my parcel right now.
