[Resolved] Fast Track Call Taxi — Not provided the cab and not given proper response | |||
We have booked for Fast Track taxi on 8th August around 5 pm and the pickup time I requested for 8.00 pm . I got the booking number within 5 minutes hence, we were under an impression that we will get the cab as expected but till 7.50 pm I haven’t got the driver details and I tried to reached Fast Track number but they keep on the line on hold and it got disconnected. This happened for more than 3 times and finally around 8.15 one of the customer service executive said the driver number not yet updated. Around 8.20 another person said due to rain you will get the cab after 30 minutes. I was about to leave Chennai with my 2 years kid and family to board into the train at 10 pm but the customer service people not even had a courtesy to say a sorry for the mistake they have done and also that person said, if you need the cab you need to wait for 30 minutes or you can cancel the request. The way they have treated us on that day it’s was not fair and after which in that train I manage to get only one auto at 8.45 and 2 more family members came by bike in that rain. And finally we reached the station around 9.40. If they could’t arrange for a cab at least they could have informed me an hour before it would have help me to make some alternative arrangement. We had such a stressful travel until we reach the Railway station due to the careless attitude and irresponsible work done by the Fast Track people. I was expected to pay more to the auto driver as it was raining and he also know my situation that I need to reach the station on time. Was this information helpful? | |||
