Hi sir, this is visu i am a fasttrack customer i have purchesed watch from online on 29th of july 2017, when i am purchased in this watch i had given to service 3 times because watch is not working its stoped and also recently (7th of july 2018) went to service station in t nagar in chennai i had given the same watch for service they said due to low battery reson this watch stoped will change the battery and guven back to me and they charged...

I got the dublicate watche of fastrack n it is in very cheap condition...i want my money back...3rd classs product...just making fool...bad experience from fastrack and world of times its a fraud with coustmers service of complains is toooo sloww mostly its not working we can say just hate this product all watches are dublicate even it is break from in side...

This is to inform you few online companies are making customer fool by selling fake product on the name of Fastrack. This is really bad impression going to the company reputation and market.
6 Days back i placed one order from www.worldoftime.co.in there there were showing fastrack wrist watches spacial offer. I placed the order when i saw the name of Fastrack. And i am also very old customer of Fastrack and...

I bought the watch an year ago and i gave it to service for at least 7 times. Still the complaint remains same. The watch gets stop working suddenly and never runs again. When i gave it to an authorised service centre they said its okay and restarted it. And this happened many time. For the last two times i gave it to the service centre and i get it back a month later, and they said they changed the machine and there wont be further problems....

Dear Sir,
My watch has 50M WR. But, when i took it in water, the water went inside the watch stopped working. I thought that it would come outside itself but after 3 months of not using it, there is some green and blue coloured material inside which has jammed the dials and now it is not working. I want to get it repair and I bought this year only so it is in coverage of the warranty period.
Kindly resolve this problem br...

I was buy a fastrack glasses in fastrack showroom in kadapa, before buying the glasses, they said for stratches 6 months warranty or replace is there sir like that they told, for cleaning the lenses, the straches are increased, i went there and asked in showroom, now they are saying that for bubbles only replacement is there sir like that they are saying, while saying to me they are laughing and discouraging in the mobile while they are talking...

Once I went to fastrack service center at Pondicherry to change the nail in the metel chain of my fastrack watch. The service assistant told that, they will not change the nail, i[censored] want to change
u can buy the whole metel chain for cost of 800 rupees. Before also I went the same service centre to change my broken glass of my watch. They kept my watch with in the service center for near to two months and gave it back without changing...

Yesterday i bought a new fastrack watch
(Nk3099sl01) in fastrack showroom g15, ground floor, brookfield mall, r. S. Puram, coimbatore.
In my watch there is only one free loop available.
But, when i check in website in that image there is 2 free loops available.
I think my watch is defective product.
Kindly help me to get a replacement or solution.

Buy the watch in the month of jan 2018 but not use till because it removes worst hair i go to the shop and ask repair it or change the metal strip they said not possible horrible incident then i told i am go to consumer court that time shop owner told me you go consumer court or police compliant about this i don't wary no one do anything for me

I had purchased Fast Track goggles from MISAL Optician, 203, Shop No 4, Mundada Market, M G Road, Nashik - 422001 on 03.03.17 but the googles developed a crack on its own on one side 1 month ago and again another crack on the 2nd side 2 days back. (it is seen in the photo).
There was no mishandling or dropping of the goggles by me however it looks like the Quality of the goggles needs to be ascertained by Fast track again..hence my...

Sir, i am princess reena from tamilnadu. Recently i have purchased a watch from timemachine99.com. They have provided me with the duplicate watches which will not cost more than 100rs but the brand name they have used is fastrack. Please take immediate action as soon as possible since many customers have brought in that website. Using the same brand name is illegal and i don't know how to take further action....

L have orderes for fastract combo an[censored] people r very good u all gave fake and third class three watches so pls dp the need full refund my amount or else u will be in mess bcoz now its me as lawyers i will ruin ur companys life short means wat u wat me write an autobiography just a cheap reply dont even feel that ur company is geniune fake people received fake 3 watches from fake company timemachine99...

I gave my watch at the service center. I shifted to other city. After few months i went to the service center were i gave my watch but i didn't had the bill. The service center didn't provide me any other details. I requested them to check in their data base, with unique key such as my mobile phone number but they said we keep upgrading our data base, so your number has lost from our side and we can't provide you with any thing....

Fri, 11th may ko maine flipkard se fastrack watch parches ki thi. Jo mujhe tue, 15th may ko delivered hui thi. Jiska model no. (Fastrack ng3039sm03 upgrades) hai.
Fastrack ne is model ko 50m wr btaya hai par ye watch water resistant nahi hai kyuki is watch me water problem aa rhi hai.
Kyuki fresh hone par bhi is watch me pani jaa rha hai...

My fastrack watch had a defect.
I went to titan care they take my watch and kept it for 3 months
And they said there is a machine problem in it. It can be claimed in warranty or exchanged with the same place
Now they are saying they will give only 50percent of the purchase price only.
I don't understand one thing that the problem is with the hardware and it's a fault from the company.
I need the full refund...

I brought a watch in 2013 from a shop. I have a warranty card with validity 5 years which includes servicing also. The watch stops working after one year. After servicing the watch works only for 11 months and need servicing. Servicing coordinator lady does not give satisfactory service. And watch is malfunctioning. As i have paid lot of money for buying watch of the brand i deserve good servicing....

In face book a site(time machine99 .com) is selling their products by displaying fastrack products on their pages and stating that limited offer combo pack (screenshot attached) for Rs.1286/-. But delivering some obsolete items. Thus affecting your image and goodwill. Please take some necessary action immediately.
How can they cheat public by using your brand value....

I purchaged fast tarack watch item code (Ng38015pp01cj) on 30/09/2017 from world of titan sco 194-195 bridge road sector 17c chandigarh. They said the strip of watch is also had gurntee if any prob occur they replaced. I have purchased a wrist watch on 03.02.2016 item code: nf1474sm02 and it was get repaired 02 times in show room both the delears said that machine complaint and it was replaced now it will be working well as delear said but after some days same complaint repeatedly occuring now watch is not under warrenty.
