I purchased fastrack watch last month for rs.2595/- i purchased black colour. But within a month outer side of dial, black colour fully turning into white colour. It's clearly showing that poor quality of this watch metal or painting something. Kindly revert with proper solution for this issue.

I purchased watch on 17.07.2017 in new watch world dwarakanagar, visakhapatnam. As on today 3 times stopped. Now also not working previously they told that we will sent back to the company it will take21 days. So i agreed yesterday only they had given but again same problem it's not working. Worst watch service. I think they are selling fake pls solve the problem as early as possible...

I have purchase a fastrack watch 1 apr 2017. After three month watch having technical fault. Reset bottom not work properly and push pin was open so watch band was open. Three times it was fall down on road. I have go to service center 4 times in patna. Two times job card open and two times they have not open job card. Every time service center told me this problem not happen next time but this problem was happen repeatedly....

I have been using a fastrack 3099ssa watch for the past one year. Now it got water trapped inside the glass for about one month, i had tried some ways to get rid of the water inside it but it has no effect at all. I bought a wrist watch (₹-1995/- approx) a few months back and its very disappointing for me that the branded watch stopped working thrice. I submitted the watch for repairing twice and amazingly on the date of return, it stopped working again when the shop called me to receive my watch
Now i request to replace it or refund the cash as soon as possible.

I purchased my fastrack bag on 24/10/2016. Its strap started tearing due to manufacturing defect and there was tearing of material inside the laptop pocket.
