I had purchased a Fastrack watch for Rs.1995 just 9 Days before at Erode, Tamilnadu. The Strap teared off after 5 Days, The Quality of Strap is extremely bad and I never seen this kind of poor quality straps even in road side company watches. Failing of strap in 5 days is ridiculous and not at all tolerated when I purchased from a Brand of Titan.

I have purchased Fastrack IGear Item No-SWD002BK1V on 01/03/2021 and now I am facing problem in left hand side speaker it’s not working.
I have given the product in titan eye plus on 25/08/2021 they have not taken the product and said we are registering complaint regarding this and u will get phone from above and then only we can do any further help.

I Ms Sanjana Girdhole purchased a watch from our Virar West vendor ( Piyush New Titan Time) on 30.06.2021 of Rs 1450.
The watch has stopped twice working twice in a month.
When it stopped today ie 29.07.2021 I had to visit the shop.
The person out said that the watch need to be send to the company back to check on it for 10-12 days.
My concern is if the watch is having 2 years of warranty on the bill...
