I ahve purchased the Fastrack Revoltt on 31.03.2024 whcih is deliverd on 02.04.2024 and used twice i kept for charging after that touch is not working i cant pair to phone even to resolve . i have raised the concern to support team through mail but no response.
request to help in this regard.

I have been calling the customer care number and Email ID but there is not concert answer, I have shared the Invoice, Backside Photo and 30 secs video as Customer care rep asked to share and also they have agreed the Fast track revolt Fs1 has issue but haven't received any update till date and whenever I call the customer care number they just fool by telling you have called Analog watches please reach out to to smart watch and the best part...

Charging and display not working...

Watch display not working...

The incident took place in 06/11/2023. I was wearing the watch on my hand and there was short circuit in the watch as I felt some current in my hand. This incident occurred again and again due to sweat in my hand and thus I didnot wear the watch from then onwards.
The Order ID: OD[protected] dated: 16/06/2023.

Now, even after charging the product is not starting and so there may be battery problem.

I have purchased a Fastrack Smart Watch Invoke Pro on 19/09/2023 from " Mullick Watch". On 16/10/2023 it stop working so i take it to the shop as it in on the warranty period so they told that we will replace it with a new product, as durga puja is going on so they told that you will get it on the first month of November, but till date i am complaining here i have not received my watch from them.
