Fastrack — Bad after sale service rude behaviour at the outlet | |||||
Dear sir, i purchased a bag from fastrack c21 mall indore on 08.08.2016. After a few days its zip had some problem so on 14.08.2016 i went to the shop ans informed the boy working there (amit) about the problem. He told me that come after 3 days as i have lot of stock and i might misplace you bag also he told me that it will take more than a month to solve your problem. He was so rude in his tone that i started feeling that was it my mistake to purchase so costly bag from fastrack. I was so disappointed and hurt with his tone then too i requested him to find out if it can be done a litlle bit faster as i can not come again and again here i work outside indore it is not possible for me to come here regularly . After my request he did not even reply and started handling other customers. I m so disappointed with his behaviour that i have decided i would never go to that shop again and fyi i have been very regular customer and admirer of fastrack.
