Fastrack — Dealer is not replacing defective sun glass within warranty period | |||||
Purchase details: Date:24/05/2015 Model:s06875 c052bk1 Dealer name:dutta exclusive, city gym building, city centre, durgapur-713216. Problem: problem/defect found in frame of sun glass. Submitted the glass on 14/04/2016 to dealer. Mr. Saikat- mob. No.-[protected] contacted from fastrack sales. He told fastrack will not replace or repair the glass but if i purchase another item then they will offer 33% less. I asked for written document. But he refused and said i may complain any where. Dealer is not helping regarding the matter. Feeling harassed as the item is under warranty period. Dealer's invoice and warranty card is attached. Expecting early response.
