Dear sir,

I am using fastrack watch model ng3099sl01c,

I was very happy with fastrack brand, but in above mention model i am very trouble with this product qty,

There have come deep scratches in watch, hence wise i am unable to use this watch regularly,

Requesting you please help me on same.

Also please find attached photos of deep scratches marks.
Hope you will give important on my request.

I visited one fastrack service center i.e. Ankur times in hadapsar, pune they refused to replace battery which is in warranty period...bad service 😈

i have called so many time but this landline number once a time the people picked the call and told me you will get the call from our side

I have been looking for a bluestrap of 9253spa but it is not available at fastrack stores in ahmedabad. I want the solution for this anyhow as it is very costly watch. Can you help me to get the spare strap (blue) and tell me how/where to get ?
