I have purchased a fastrack commando 3083SP01 watch in vijayawada at eluru road road branch.. it has a silicon strap and it was damaged with in four months only. they have said that there is no guaranty for watch strap and it is available only for watch machinery., Now what i have to do.. do i need to buy a new strap.. or you guys will provide any assurance. even to buy the straps there is no information available price details your official site also..
