Fastrack — I am complaining about a sunglass | |||||
Sir I am sorry to filw a complaint to you regarding my sunglass purchsed by khaneja's shop at lanka. After using 10 days it broke. When i reached to the shop the owner informrd me that it will be sent to the ompany and after getting company's approval i shall intimate you to come and purchase a new one after paying 65% of the new sunglass. From that day onwards i went to the shop number of times and always getting a single reply that approval has not come. I just want to let you know that i am professor of law at law faculty bhu, varanasi. I suffered a lot and spent enough time and money in the whole story. It is highly objectionable and devastating the name and fame of fastrack company. I want to know as to when i would get a fresh sunglass. I would also appriciate if it is provided free of cost as i have already spent time and money in getting it. My contact no. Is [protected]. Feel free to contact and treat it as a legal notice.
