[Resolved] Fastrack — I am complaining about new fastrack watch | |||
I have purchased fastrack digital men watch black color article no. 38014 on 22.11.2015 from indore central, 170, r. N. T. Marg, regal square, indore, madhya pradesh 452001. This watch was not working after two month, so i have given it to the concern department person on 24.02.16. The have given me time about next 15 days. After 25 days i have called them. They replied that it will take another few days to get repair. After taking so many follow up i dint get any satisfactory reply from store. At the end of march'16 after having a big talk from my side, store person called me & said your watch will be replace. (This answer was a question mark for me on the brand name "fastrack". Anyways i said ok & ask them for new one. They replied in next 3 to 4 days they will get approval from company & give me new watch. Till date no call from the store is there. Should i go for consumer forum??? I need my money back in this week only. I will report that i have a very very poor experience from fastrack store at central mall indore. Fastrack — Battery over in 8th Months
I Took Fastback watch on last September. And Now d Battery Over. Just in 8th Months. I Don't know how cum it possible. This thing happen 1st time in my life wit Fastrack Watch.
