Fastrack — Improper customer service and defective watch | |||
I bought a fastrack watch recently just two months and it stopped working, I visited the titan showroom at kottivakkam, chennai, to get my problme sorted out, The service officcial dint at all reply properly and he says it will take 35 days to get my problem fixed, but he also mentioned that if i give it at the pondy bazaar branch i 'll get it in a week. They could have cleared the problem there itself or taken it to the pondy bazzar branch themselves. i pay 2750 to buy a watch and it stops working in two months and now i have to go around to get the watch fixed.
