[Resolved] Fastrack — Poor quality watches | |||
I have purchased a Fast rack watch for my daughter for Christmas on 15/12/2013 model no, is NA6010SM01. from Titan Care, Bellary Road, Bytarayanapura, Bangalore - 560 092. The watch was first worn on 24/12/2013 and after that only on Sundays. Within a month it stopped working and we took it to the showroom who kept the watch for two days and said it is working fine. This happened twice. Again similar problems noticed not working properly, slow timing etc., we spoke to the dealer as to why this is happening ? The dealer was not bothered to explain the problem and so adamant to speak. Fast rack has a big name but one can imagine the state of the watch and poor service. Please look into the problem and arrange to replace the watch. Was this information helpful? | |||

The problem with the watch is still continuing. The watch is sent to the service centre 4th time. Watch cannot be used within one year. Request you to kindly replace the watch. The amount spent on petrol to go to the service centre is almost worked out to the cost of the watch. I have requested the service centre to replace the watch. Please immediately look into the above.I
