Fastrack — Replacement of original time adjuster for My Fastrack watch | |||
I wanted the original Fastrack watch adjuster with the same original design to be fixed in my watch and went to "Titan Authorized Service Centre - Oppanakara street Coimbatore - 641001". Phone Number[protected]. TIN Number [protected]. My request was submitted on 15/07/2015 and the service provider informed me that only different adjuster is available and i requested for the same original model. Hence after the discussion the service provider raised an order for my watch from company and informed me that i will be completed in 15 days. Now the date is[protected] and actual due date provided on the bill was 18/08/2015. Till date there was no follow up on my issue. I called then personally on 05/08/2015 and he said the watch is ready. When i went i was disappointed that he fixed the same old model not the exact design. Again he requested time till due date and today when i called him, he is saying very cool that i didnt get the design and requested me to come back and take my watch.
