Fastrack — Returning the product back which was purchased online | |||
Purchased a fastrack belt online from titan website. Order no.Ec[protected]. Received through courier on 04.07.2015. The product was not good so i made a return request on 05.07.2015. I contacted the customer service they said that my product will be taken back within five working days, but till now (24.07.2015) no one had contacted me to take it back.I had called customer service people thrice, everytime they tell that my complaint was registered and there is some problem with courier service. I was fed up with titan customer service. Was this information helpful? | |||
