i have order Fastrack belt design 3001SL01 on Date: 17.06.2014, Ref id: 614AW00117B1287. According to the receipt it was going to delivery on 20.07.2014. But on contacting with the care centre they informed me it will be delivered on 30.07.2014 due to some reason, But it failed to do so and now again on contacting with the care centre they are saying it wont be available as production is been stopped of that particular design. i have the receipt were in titan company ltd have authorise to service me the acknowledged product. So as per it i need my order immediately without any further reasons and interruption from company or else i have to take some serious action on it. Was this information helpful? | |||
