Fastrack — Warranty card given without date | |
Hello sir, I purchased a fastrack watch from Prakash Watch co.(dealer of titan and fastrack) Udaipur in August 2014 during my visit there. he provided me a watch with a warranty card which don't have either date or model number (with "kacha" bill- gross receipt) on it. i did not pay attention to this thing and relied on the seller while he packed my watch. now my watch has stopped working i am not getting service from fastrack service centers. i requested that seller to provide me with a valid warranty card but he does not take any action. i request company to take action against such sellers. because we buy a watch on the brand name of "Fastrack" plz, do take some action against such sellers and help me getting my right of warranty period fastrack service for my watch.
