[Resolved] Fastrack — Watch belt broken after very day of purchase | |||
Hi, I have purchased a fastrack watch Model No: NE6058SL03 on 6th July 2014, 5.30 pm and after very next day, when I was going to wear it, suddenly belt was broken. As a customer I never expect this from a branded watch !! And if you are telling that there is no gurantee for belt then it will be a great loss for me. I hope you can understand that when someone is going to invest Rs 2000 for a watch, then what expectations he/she keeps with that brand !! I request you to replace my watch.I have brought it from "The Golden Time" show room in Ahmedabad. Hope for the positive response. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||
