Dear sir, I ordered fast track watch from amazon online portal. I used it from last 10 months and i noticed that many of my shirts were damaged by watches. You can't believe this truth. Due to sharp edges of the watch, cuff of my shirts are damaged and i have captured few images for the same. I also noticed that back cover of the watch is worn and i don't believe that the steel is good quality. I want to replace this watch and in compensation you have to give me new watch for the same. Fastrack watch case is worn and very sharp. I got call from titan customer care but when i visted Titan service center at Anand mahal Road -Surat . Then i got very bad response from executive. He told me that you purchased from online portal amazon.in and we don't know about the seller name and address so we are not responsible for it. They will not issue us credit note. You have to purchase it from our showroom so we can issue warranty card for it. I used watch from last 6 months and purchased it from amazon.in on last december -2015 and it's my mistake that i purchased from it. Why titan sell all it's products on Amazon and amazon is so stupid that they accept products from Titan company. Titan should write down that if you buy our products from online portal then we are not responsible for the service.
