[Resolved] Fastrack — Watch is not working properly and very poor service | |||
Hi, I purchased watch, model no:9336SFA on July 2013. It worked properly only for 5 months, after that i do not what happened it stopped working. I took my watch to ZIMSON watches (authorised service center), T.Nagar, Chennai they said machine has some defect and they asked me to contact nearby TITAN WORLD showroom. So i continued to the TITAN world showroom, Pondy Bazaar, opposite to Holy Angels School, Chennai. There technician said that he has fixed the defect in watch and assured me that it will work properly henceforth. But no point, still i am facing the same problem. This has happened twice with the same issue. Really very poor quality of watches they make these days. Issue with watch is: Often it will show wrong time, will not run many times, if i shake the watch and do some mad things it will start working and this help for 1 or 2 days, after that again same thing either it will get stopped or show wrong time.
