The watch's crown was lost around an year ago. When I approached the Titan watch care centre, they replaced the crown as it was under warranty. But it would stop working frequently, requiring to press the crown hard. When I approached the Titan centre again, they returned it saying it won't happen again. But the problem still persisted. I went to them 3 more times while under warranty, but nothing happened. Now my warranty is over. And the watch is still not working. Even if it's not under warranty, you must at the least be able to figure out what's wrong with the watch. They returned the watch everytime saying they have repaired it until the watch was out of warranty. It would stop working within a day of them returning. Really disappointed with your service.
