Fastrack — Watch not received after repair & cheated by customer service providers | |||
Hello Sir, I had purchased a Fastrack Mens Watch (Model Number: 3081AL01) from Nucleus Mall, Cochin around 2 years ago. 6 months back (June 2015), I gave the watch for repair at the same store due to stoppage and also for changing the strap. And now they called me and told that the watch cannot be repaired, the parts are not available and showed me a slip with Depreciation amount of Rs. 758. Very bad service from service providers. When I gave the watch to repair, it had only the stoppage issue. Now I feel cheated and also feel that they have damaged watch. I asked them to just give back the watch. But they are telling that they cannot. Without the consent of the customer how can they do all these? Please provide my watch back or refund the amount and resolve the issue at the earliest.
