[Resolved] Fastrack — Watch Problem | |||
Sir, I purchased a fastrack watch from reputed showroom of Gwalior. Its lock got damaged and the materiall which was used in that watch was not good. Its being 45- 50 days that I given the complaint regarding this and no strict action is being taken to repair or replace. you will be shocked to know that I even visited the respective showroom but the owner didn't give positive response. Hence being a regular customer of FASTRACK I don't expect this behavior from the company to its people. Therefore, I hope my complaint would be taken into consideration.
