Fastrack — worse beg I have ever purchased | |||
I bought a fasttrack handbag worth rs. 2000, model no. : On 22nd december 2013 around evening 6_8:30 pm from shoppers stop outlet at Dainik Bhaskar Mall, Bhopal (M.P.) I have lost the bill and the guarantee card handed over to me has not been sealed. The material of the handbag started to come out on its own, neither it got scratched or something, just the top layer is getting worn since july 2014 The bag appears uneven/rough. what can be done now ?
