[Resolved] Fastrack — Worst service | |||
I bought worth Fastrack 9732Ql02-Dc458 Black/Black Analog Watch worth rs2000/- at VEDAM MOBILES AND WATCH STORE phone no[protected], MADANAPALLY ANDHRA PRADESH in the month of February of this year(2014)...And from that month too till now i had to take it to the shop 4 times for servicing, they take it and say tat it has got some problem in the engine and sending it to the company for servicing each time and wont respond me back for months..when i cal them myself get it from shop it wont work for even 24hrs..i dunno whats wrong with them they say "company not responding to us"..i am vexed up with these..it never worked from the day i bought. when i asked for replacement they are saying its applicable for only "warranty" that a period of 1year..in these 9 months it was under servicing process in that shop for almost 5months...so my question is "why should we spend rs2000/- on non working metal thats of no use?" i am very frustrated.
