[Resolved]  Fasttrack Call Taxi — Very poor service and not sent the taxi to venue as booked

Hi, I never ever faced this kind of poor service from fast track. We are using the fasttrack call taxi service from last 4 yrs. We are staying in kundrathur 15kms away from Chennai. We have booked ur call taxi for many times. But I was not satisfied with ur call taxi service on 15-May-2012. My sister has booked the call taxi over phone on 15-May-12 @ 10AM. She has booked the call taxi & confirms the rates and the customer care office informed that taxi will be available @ the specified time. I have booked Tatkal(2 tier AC) ticket for my family(Wife, Parents(>60), Sister, nephew, my kid 3 months old) from Coimbatore to Chennai on 15-May-12. Our train reached Chennai central @ 3:10PM. We have booked our taxi @ 3:30PM and booking id is 69937. I have waited in Chennai central for more than 20 mins, I didn’t get any call or msg from fast track. Then I called your Fast track service again, thy informed to go and pick the call taxi from stand. What kind of service you are providing to your regular customer. I didn’t like the approach and we were keep on waiting in the station and no one has informed from your company regarding this. With all luggage we went to the stand and there people asking us to pay Rs.40 for parking fee? For wat the heck we need to pay this amount and no one is there to address and resolve our issue. Later I had no choice, I have paid Rs.40 and tried to take call taxi ASAP. But there ur fast track officers are playing their customers Like football. One guy asked me to get in tavera and another guy is shouting & yelling on that guy. And again they asked us to get In Xylo. After all stupid things, finally we have settled in XYLO. We have reached kundrathur around 6PM. Think how can ur customer can handle this issue? Bcoz o[censored]r poor people management, customers are suffering. I had a feel that due to NTL taxi entry in can service market fast track service would have been improved. But its totally wrong, ur service is going very poor day by day. Then I tried to reach ur customer care officer, they provided me complaint cell no. But the no. is not at all reachable. Then I called Ur customer care officer thru normal line & I conveyed my issues n concerns. She said that someone will call us within 1 hr regarding this issue. Please inform all ur concerns to them. But till now, I didn’t get any call from them regarding this issue. Still I didn’t get any apology mail or acknowledgement mail from you. As you suggested yday, iam forwarding the same complaint mail 2 u again fyr. Please find the NTL call taxi response in the attached mail fyr.
