Fastway — Change Cable Oprator Because Good Servicr not Provide to Consumer

your cable operator for the area of Hira Bagh Rajpura Road, Patiala is not a good service provider and also not collect the money in time and do not attend and resolve the complaints after 6PM of every evening of the day. He change his workers every months and they give us new number every month for submitting the complaints regarding cable but no one care about the same after getting the money. In the month of May, 2015 no one has come to collect the monthly charges, neither displayed any notice on our TV screen till today i.e. 22.05.2015 regarding non payments for the month. Moreover today I called in your complaint number[protected] and my phone was pic by Mr.Jaspreet Singh and he also refuse to register my complaint in this regard in the head office.So I requested to taken appropriate action against the defaulting ends.
