[Resolved] Fastway — Channels not working fine, wire to be changed. | |||
Dear Sir/Mam This is to bring to your notice that many of the channels on our fastway cable network are not working fine. It was conveyed to the operator a month back and they came and told us that the wire needs to be changed. We had been continously requesting since then, asking them to change the wire and they always tell us about the unavailability. Infact we offered them the money for the cost of wire and asked them to get it and take the payment from us, still no action has been taken. We are deeply irritated and frustrated with this attitude of the operator. So, we Kindly request you to look into our case.
