Dear sir / madam,
i have face no signal problem (104) from last 6 days . i am calling form 1st day to your service operator (sohana cable network) and customer care service center, he can not pick the phone ([protected]) and then i shall go his office ( shahi majra mohali ), he says that why you come here . without any visit, he says that required to change your cable wire . i am agree to change the wire but he did not visit here and wire not connected . monthly charges already advanced but in case delay any reason, he charged 250rs+50rs extra per month . i am using your service from last 2 years . i have total bill details . you can not give resolution then you can pick your setup box and return the security charges .
