[Resolved]  Fastway — set top box not working

Fastway — cable is not working from last 1 month

My cable network is not working from last month. I have lodge many complaints at customer care at [protected] but all in vain. When we talk to our cable operator he replies very roughly. I told him that I would not pay the rent for last month but he did,t care. Please look in to the matter.

i am from mullanpur there is problem with set yop box of fastway cable. box is not working and i complained 1 month ago on [protected] and they give me complaint number 153340 but till not nothing done by them. only i got calls that "is ur complaint solved nothing else. even my local operator cable is not coprate with me. cell number is this[protected] they came came to me just collected the bill only. i want to go to court. please help me.

Shiv Bahadur . my set top box is not working in last 2 months i have also this regarding complaint in fastway complaint number[protected] complaint number is this 153340 but till date not solution on this problem in my life i have not seen to be very very bad service . i have confirm the same for local cable opreator no is this [protected] not to be coprate.

Fastway — Remote of set top box not working

Cable service goes off the air every now n then . Only signal available most of the times is i[censored] r unable to get this channel contact[protected]. Complaint is not attended to at given phone numbers

fastway cable has the worst cable network in the cable world they just know hw to earn more nothing else they dont bother about people in convenience whatever happen in city these people r just worthless and ungrateful for the city people

I am using the fastway connection since 7 months . Since a long time approximatey 2 months i am not able to recieve some Channels like Discovery channel, Cartoon Network, UTV Bindass, Set max all movieChannels and many more. one error appears on the TV screen Error 109- if you are unale to reciev this channel contact this no.[protected] VC ([protected]-4) . I have registered the complaints many times but these people are harrassing me. i tried to contact[protected] as well as i have visited the office which is in sham nagar. Before they told me that it will rectified soon i have to switch on my set top box. i kept my box on for a week but there was no response . my first complaint no is [protected] my second complaint no is[protected].

My cable is not working since fifteen days and It is very shame full that we are calling you for five or ten times daily. But there is no answer. last time we call mr balwinder he give no answer and misbehave with me on phone.Kindly look into the matter.

Fastway — star news

Sir, we are not able to watch Star News since mid of April, 2012. When will we be able to watch our favourite news channel?

Inspite of my several request on Mobile No [protected] CNBC Awaz Channel is not being shown on cable without Box ( Extra connection). Star New Channel & ND TV Imagine nither available on Box or Non Box connection. Please look into matter.

I Jaswant Singh H No 38, New Colony Gopal Nagar Jalandhar want to complaint that I have install A Set Top Box on[protected]as a karvachouth gift to my mother and my sister in law). But our set top box was not work till today[protected]. I call my cable operator and customer care office no.[protected] but they can't give me any satisfied answer. I am totally shocked that the name of company is fastway cable but there service is very slow against tortoise.

I wanted to have a new connection of fastway cable services and i requested it 10 days before on the customer care number - [protected] and i also brought it in the knowledge of Mr. Shamsher singh who is the manager of fastway cables. He always promised that the engineer would be reaching by the same day or the next day but he never fulfilled his promise.My contact number is [protected], [protected].
