This is to inform you that I am getting error 104 from last 15 days despite paying the bills. I called customer care on [protected] on 23 april and they registered my complaint no 1513392 and I was told it will be resolved in 8 working hours but its been 3 days now but nothing has happened. I am calling customer care fro last 3 days and they just keep on forwarding my complaint and I was told that my local operator has closed this complaint with remarks problem resolved but no one has appeared to check my set up box and I didn't even receive any call from customer care for te2 same. What kind of service is this.
