[Resolved] Fastway — non functioning of set open box | |||
M/s. Angad Cable Net work, East Mohan Nagar, Amritsar are providing the Cable services. Since Thursday, the set open box is not functioning and on enquiry at No.[protected], it has been informed that payment is pending. I have contacted the above Cable Operator and he has assured to get the fault rectified within a day or so, but till date the above Cable Set open box is still not functioning. Kindly intervene. On my television screen there is written error 109. I have call the customer care they always say that it will be ok tomorrow.I have this complaint from july20, 2014
