[Resolved]  Fastway — not activating settop box

sir i sukhwinder lal, form Phagwara. i am using fasway cable at my home for entertenment from last many years but[protected] i say a ERROR 109 than i contact to fastway customer care center they told my that my set top box was not register with my name its register with cable oprator's name then i ask for how can i register it with my name they told me to send my whole detail to them to they official email address, i done as they guide . i send them my fathers detail like name address photo and self copy of passport they give me Manjit singh House no. 316b Street no. 8 kabir nagar near water tank Baba gadhia Phagwara [protected] complete no. Is[protected] STB no. [protected] error is 109 VC [protected]-1 i am try to call them daily but they didnot activate my setbox please help me and guide me what to do
