[Resolved] Fastway — Over charging | |||
My local service provider, MD Cables insists on overcharging every month. During current month when I objected his employee refused to get cable subscription as per rates depicted by you on your site. I am satisfied with transmission but I fear he would disconnect my service. Please advise him appropriately or suggest alternative local service provider. Cable not working satisfactorily from last 15 days
I had raised my complaint several times at fsstway complaint no [protected] with complaint nos 2945813, 2963631 but nobody responds to it.It is very annoying when no response is received.
Plz do the needful to rectify my cable fault and take action against the cable operators who are behaving as deaf and dumb in solving cable complaints.
